L. Pete Christophersen

Born and raised on a farm in rural Withee, Wisconsin, and long-time resident of the city of Thorp, Wisconsin.

Received Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers License in 1966, and as Corporate Broker for Thorp Finance Corporation, supervised liquidation of real estate holdings including evaluation of land developments, farms, homes, and commercial properties of all types.

1976 – present:
Self-employed owner/broker of Thorp Auctions & Realty, Appraiser and Investor. Former Vice-President and Director of Thorp Area Development Corporation. Manager and Director of Christophersen, LLC

Former:
     Past Instructor of Real Estate Appraisal courses for the Wisconsin Real Estate Examining Board and Chippewa Valley Technical Institute.
     Former appraiser for the State and National Veterans loan program,FmHA, several attorneys and as an expert witness in litigation for Thorp Housing Authority, local Municipalities, HUD projects and numerous local lenders.
     Former member of the Thorp Appeals Board and Planning Commission.
     Former Director of Wisconsin Realtors Association, Northwestern Sales Corporation, Meadowview Country Club, Clark County Taxpayers Association and Assessor for Township of Longwood, Clark County.

Natalie McCredden

I joined the company in 1996 as a travel agent for Thorp Travel & Tours. I took over as Office/Accounts Manager in 2001. I enjoy new challenges every day and believe me there are days...

I have lived in Thorp all my life.  Happily married to my husband Tim and have one step daughter named Sadie. I have been in many local organizations and enjoy givnig my time to the community.

Diane Herington

I joined Thorp Auctions & Realty as a real estate salesperson in April 2001.  I had previously worked as an office manager for a dental clinic in Thorp.  I am a member of the Wisconsin Realtor's Association, the Realtor's Association of the Chippewa Valley, and the Northwestern Wisconsin MLS.  I reside in the Owen-Withee area.  I have been married for 32 years to Larry Herington, have three married daughters, and six grandchildren.
